I’ll be coming back

Really comfy room with all the facilities needed and clean. Great view, the swimming pool area was perfect to relax and sunbath. An extra point it’s that I left my phone charger in the room which I noticed hrs after checking out, but I called the hotel and they immediately know what I was talking about, and the staff was really kind to guide me with process to get it back

Even though there’s a safe in the room, you need to ask for they in the front desk

We spent a night here, but it was like a ghost-town.

A good hotel for a short stay. The staff were efficient and the hotel was clean.

It was very dull when we arrived. There was no facility to have lunch. In fairness, we went off-season.

Staff very pleasant and helpful.

The staff were very polite, pleasant and helpful. The hotel was clean and tidy. We had a nice view and a good location.

There was no kettle and/or coffee-maker in the room so we had to buy one ourselves. We didn’t eat in the hotel but from what we could see if it the food at the buffet didn’t look that interesting.

Lovely

Staff very nice especially one waiter in dining room,very friendly always .rooms cleaned every day too,very clean hotel

I liked everything.only slight complaint was that when we asked about bus to cullera,we were told bus was outside door but in fact,that bus goes in opposite direction .So maybe mention to walk to roundabout and cross road for bus stop to Cullera.That is only a minor error though .

An enjoyable break, well looked after by hotel staff and a good location for a walk on the promenade

The hotel presents itself well. The staff are extremely professional with a friendly nature. The buffett style meals provided a wide choice with regular top ups by staff and the hotel bar was priced very reasonably. All common areas and bedrooms were clean.

Unfortuantely the downside for us on this visit, was the bed, it was not to our personal preference but it could be for others!!

Cullera pitstop

Amazing staff, great location and sea view from 11th floor. Super clean and well organized. Great shower and water pressure. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast is good too.

AC is not working (same in all Valencian hotels this time of year) and its steaming hot 9am-4pm.

Staff were very good Hotel was very well maintained and clean Location was perfect Breakfast food was excellent Cocktails at bar very good beer selection not great Lifts were very quick and availability good

Lack of English speaking staff tv had no English speaking channels the tv was literally stuck against the wall Could not access hdmi ports to insert a chromecast device not coffee making or kettle in room if I did not want breakfast I could not get a coffee until bar opened at 10am room could do with a couple more sockets

Comfortable and perfect choice for festivaleros, but not for the holidays

Small but clean pool with enough sunbeds. Close distance to the beach with sunbeds and umbrella for rent. Option to buy lunch or dinner. We received the room on the last floor - majestic sea view. Rvfv singer was in the same hotel at the same time of the Zevra Festival.

No vegetables for breakfast. Very few parking places in the area. In the hotel they didn’t have any to offer. No water in the room. Cleaning staff didn’t change the towels unless they were told to. No towels for the beach/sunbeds. They gave us the choice to buy one. The lunch not that tasty, we bought it only once.

Very Good

Th me staff were very friendly and I had a large room with Seaview. Location is a little out of town but only 5 minutes to the centre.

The hot food was never hot unfortunately but it was a fair selection. As the hotel was quite there were probably more dishes in high season. Some entertainment would have been nice.

We enjoyed our stay at Santa Marta and would recommend it to anyone.

We had a half board option and enjoyed wide selection for breakfast and lunch/dinner. All was delicious but it would be handy to have a description of meals for foreigners like us. Hotel location is just moments from the beach. It is a bit of a walk to the center but it’s a lovely walk on the promenade.

The option of sun loungers on the beach. There were none and so we had to buy a blanket and sun umbrella. Maybe because we visited at the end of September, after the main holiday season.

Great location, lovely friendly staff. We were on 12th floor, lovely views, good comfortable room. Cocktail Bar was great.

Okay, not a 4 star place

The hotel and rooms are very clean. Nice Pool and Bar area.

Despite it's advertising, this is not a 4 star hotel. Price / Quality is not balanced : furniture is very dated, the 3 person room rather small, no specials whatsoever in the room (no coffee machine, no minibar, no water bottle offered, no laundry service nor equipment, no pool towels, no reading lights, etc). It's an okay 3 star.
